Time4Learning-Review

I had the opportunity to review Time4Learning with my 2 youngest children. Time4Learning is an online curriculum for children ages pre-k through 8th grade. It gives immediate feedback to students as they work through the lessons and it’s great for bust parents because the record keeping is done for you.

While my 2 year old mainly watched me go through the pre-k lessons she was very excited about it all and would try to do some computer manipulation. I do feel this is not something you can set up and then walk away from until your child is fairly adept and using a computer.

My 8 year old was doing well since he has had some experience working on a computer a bit. He did have some problems with figuring out what he was supposed to do on a couple lessons but I think that was him mainly rushing through the instructions.
I really enjoyed the time we spent with this and would recommend it to anyone who is interested in an online curriculum. I think the only area I was having an issue with was content, as a Christian I would have been happy to see this be non-secular but alas it is. For the benefits and cost I would choose it over some more expensive Christian online curriculum. However, if I could afford the more expensive ones where I would not have to add to it that might make a difference in my choice.
If that is not a concern of yours then this program is going to knock your socks off. Your children will have so much fun, and freedom to work on the course they want to and not because they have to.
Here is a scope and sequence for the curriculum:

Be sure to check out the Demo page where you can try some of the games and lessons for free, and watch a 60 second demo explaining the program.
